- Laser Processing: B & J, inc. offers advanced laser cutting on most materials ranging from shim stock to heavy gage plate holding tight tolerance. We can dynamically nest parts to maximize material usage and minimize waste. Finally with our “load, unload automation” we are able to process around the clock, 24/7 to get projects to market quickly.
- Welding & Spot Welding: The B & J, inc. staff includes highly experienced welders that can work on any size piece and any type of metal.
- Press Brake: From simple fast cycling “one benders” to challenging six axis back gauging, we can meet your needs!
- Punching: With an eye for the future, we perform fully automated 24/7 unmanned operating for the best in large batch manufacturing, or quick and flexible with single digit setups incorporating the best of “Lean Manufacturing”.
- Stamping: For high volume production runs, B & J, inc. has the experience and equipment to meet all of your stamping requirements. Our presses range from 35 through 220 tons. Our in-house tool and die capabilities provide maximum savings for you.
